All facility related concerns (not including classroom AV) should be sent to the CIF facility manager at cif-facilitymanager@illinois.edu.
Classroom AV is permanent within each CIF classroom and is maintained by Technology Services. All requests for AV support should go to the Technology Services help desk. Technology Services provides on-site audiovisual special event support for anyone hosting an event. Support services include assistance setting up Zoom / Teams meetings, connecting devices to the AV system, testing equipment, and troubleshooting any issues. The Center for Innovation in Teaching & Learning (CITL) is available to support teaching and learning and may offer consultations, workshops, and summer programs to assist faculty and teaching assistants in modifying their courses or teaching strategies to take advantage of the collaborative classroom styles.
